Why Interactive Sports Golf/Tennis Art Works

The interactive “sports driven art”, of fairwaygood.com, is relevant to the fundamental source of the volatility America is facing today.  I hope this project can bring some awareness to today’s volatile predicament where,  life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is jeopardized. By people doing wrong, for no other reason then they think they can get away with it.

My personal experience with this sort of thing has inspired this project. I believe the battery that I endured was for the benefit of others business, which exemplifies the sad state of affairs.  Where others conduct their affairs, like “Really bad sports”.

If my liberties and constitutional rights can be jeopardize, for the benefit of another’s business. For example, the Sullenberger inspired poem and quick serve interactive art intended to expose, passive aggressive bullies, and inspire people to conduct themselves with decorum and civility, were characterized as threatening. It was laughed out of court and dismissed. Nevertheless, the attorney for the benefit of another’s business, is pursuing this sort of unconstitutional attack on my freedom of expression.

If my artwork can be miss characterized in a failed and dismissed case against me with frivolous motion for an injunction against my artwork.  Whilst a billionaires attorney for the betterment of their business can go after your script, product or production; Jeopardizing your Constitutional rights, for the betterment of their business.

By promoting “Fair play in the fairway”, the values and ideals exemplified in good sportsmanship and the rules of golf (and sports). We can promote good sportsmanship, like conduct, on and off the court. Where are the values, of respect and dignity, exemplified in no quick service, passive aggressive sports awareness art, can help protect life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
